Unfinished Business

1.       Tony Schmidt, Nick Peck, Kyle Benke have trap/skeet.  Running into problems getting donations because the gun club is not a 501(c)3.  Have people that want to donate but need to use as a tax write off.

2.       Barb Morss researching 501(c)3.

3.       Bob hasn't gotten hold of Scotty yet about officer's use of range

4.       Acrylic no trespassing sign for gate has been ordered

5.       Churches work day - progress.  Hold for now as no one has time and we're not using the churches currently.

6.       Master plan - Mike Fedel is putting this together based on the feedback from June 9

7.       Bylaws revisions/tying together of waiver and bylaws.  Waiting for Robert Burns to get back to us.

8.       Burns about fence jumpers, vandals:  "Reviewed your email.  Regarding the fence jumpers: My first thought would be request a restraining order against violators ( but that takes time and some $costs for filing fees and service of process), My second thought would be ask the Sheriff to pay a visit to the jumpers and let them know that what they are doing constitutes criminal trespass and theft of services - at a  minimum, (plus maybe other charges such as criminal mischief etc)  and the purpose of the sheriff's contact with them  is to provide them formal notice that the fence jumping  constitutes several criminal violations and no more warnings will be provided. Or a letter could be sent (or served upon them by the Sheriff's office (cost  aprox. $35.) telling them the same information  indicating the Club will ask for Criminal citaitons in the future if they do it again"

9.       .Appleseed shoot.  Jim Buske reported that we need 82' distance for the shoot.  Will investigate further.

New Business

1.       Member suggestion:  yearly range scholarship - turned down by board.  Membership is only $45 for the year.
