2) Membership survey
a. The board asked the membership committee to review a member survey, which was presented at the last meeting. It was hoped that the survey could be mailed out to the members with their renewal letters in March.
b. The committee determined that while the survey is a good idea, we cannot do it yet for the following reasons:
i. It is cost prohibitive at this time (mailing costs)
ii. We are not in a position, financially or with regards to human resources, to offer the members the items contained in the survey.
3) Location of annual club membership meeting in April
a. Committee voted to move the annual meeting from the gun range to St. John’s Episcopal Church.
Announcements: no announcements
Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Gayle Buske, Secretary
